  I just had DC Battery Products replace the Main and Backup batteries from one
of my PF10 disk drives.  Bob Deagle promised me 2 day turnaround, but he called
me first thing the next morning to say that they were ready!  They specialize
in batteries for medical equipment and other small manufacturers, but also do
cordless phone and computer batteries for consumers.  They most often need your
old battery to determine the packaging configuration.  They can do mail-order
-- call them for a quote!
  I plan to go back to them when my PX8 battery dies.  They do excellent work!

Subj: 128K ROMS
In case anyone is looking, I have located a vendor for 27C010 eproms (128K) for
the I drive of the Multi-unit. They are California Microchip (818)998-
1271. They have fifty left for $19.95 each. You`ll still have to get them 
burned at PXDOCK or Snyderscope or wherever; I still haven`t nailed down the
