SAGE Computer Technology, SAGE Computer, Stride Micro and MicroSage Computer Systems created systems based on Motorola 68000, 68010, 68020 and 68030 CPUs.

The following links provide information about some of the systems produced by SAGE Computer/Stride Micro/MicroSage. I’m not sure if this is a complete list of the systems produced by the company. I suspect it is not complete ... yet.

I have photos of a Superstride 740 with Millennium Computer Corporation printed on the back panel of the system. I also have photos of a Shannon 5000 that appears to be the same as a Superstride 740. It was made by Shannon Computers, Inc. in Alton, New Hampshire. If anyone has more information about this company, I would appreciate hearing about it.

There are variations of some of the systems with a ‘+’ added to the model number. Some of these had an upgraded processor, etc. You can see some of these model numbers in the Stride Price List, mSBC/600 & 400 from September 15, 1987. It also shows the differences between International and Domestic systems and pricing.

This is a Technical Overview paper on the Stride 600 series:
